I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not participate in any insurance panels at this time. I can complete any forms needed to submit a claim, or provide you with any information you need to get reimbursed by your insurance. It is helpful to check with your insurance company what your out-of-network coverage includes, as many individuals receive reimbursement for a significant percentage of fees incurred.
